A triangulated tower forming part of the high-rise cluster by the Great West Road at Boston Manor. The triangulated form is derived from the corner site and maximising the key aspects to the south and west for the residential apartments.

The street edge is defined by a three storey residential and retail block with the tower raised on a pilotis above, separating the key townscape forms.

The tower includes communal and private winter gardens encouraging social integration and offers the residents all year amenity whilst providing protection from the challenging highway environment.
