We are seeking a dynamic Senior Architect to join our studio following further success with project wins. The successful candidate will have strong design credentials, good interpersonal team leadership skills and be client facing, working alongside the Principal. The position offers career development for the proven candidate to become a key member of the practice with respective rewards.
Proven project delivery experience essential.
Knowledge of UK Regulations and Technical Standards required.
Autocad, SketchUp and rendering skills essential, Revit beneficial.
The candidate should have both initial design and technical design experience alongside experience alongside UK project running skills including dealing with the main contractor and sub-contract packages.
AutoCad essential, REVIT beneficial
Understanding of Statutory & Legislative requirements essential
The candidate will have a strong design focused portfolio with a technical understanding of project realisation and previous experience of working in a practice on live projects.
Creative energy and good communication skills essential
AutoCad essential, REVIT beneficial
3D software essential
